Fall 2018 Playlist: Nora Ephron Goals

Don’t you just love New York in the fall? We ran away to Zelda’s home away from home in New Hampshire last weekend β€” an all-too brief jaunt but one that was full of both peak foliage and peak cozy. It was hard to tear ourselves away, but we were thrilled to find that autumn followed us back to the city. The muggy days of late summer (which these days apparently includes September and a good chunk of October) seem to finally be gone, and our sadness at returning to real life is tempered by the fact that we can finally celebrate our favorite season in all its crisp, colorful, apple-flavored glory.

And what better way to charge into the new season than by channeling our inner Meg Ryan circa 1998 and bopping along to the soundtrack of our very own Nora Ephron movie? Her films are the ones that first made us fall in love with this city, and this season. So grab a hat and a scarf and a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils, and head for your closest independent bookstore. Whether you find yourself on Kathleen Kelly’s Upper West Side or in the decidedly-more-realistic-for-a-20-something outer boroughs, these oldies and goodies will help you live your best rom com life.

And as always, you can listen along here or on Spotify.
